Greg Poliseo
Senior Project Manager
My youth was spent growing up in rural Vermont and upstate New York with a supportive family that instilled a strong work ethic, encouragement of my aspirations, and a love of exploring my surroundings. My father and grandfather were both engineers and were always on hand to satisfy my never-ending barrage of questions about everything around me.

I set my sights west after high school and headed to Colorado to study civil engineering. My summers were spent working for a general contractor and focusing my remaining time on riding and racing bicycles. Racing bikes taught me how to push myself to places—physically and mentally—I had never been before as an individual, while also teaching me how working as a team was integral to good results.
Following my undergraduate studies, I worked for several engineering firms and then operated my own residential construction business. Working for myself allowed me to learn valuable networking skills and the importance of building a good reputation through quality work.
This work was followed by returning to university to obtain my master’s degree in architecture. Highlights of this experience included work as a teaching assistant for both technical and design-oriented courses, followed by work for architecture firms in Norway and Canada. Recognizing a unique opportunity at Krekow Jennings to combine my skills in design and construction brought me back stateside. I am excited by the challenging work and continue to learn and grow working with a great team of dedicated professionals. My time spent with Krekow Jennings has included both engineering and management roles, allowing me to be involved in a broad range of projects and responsibilities.
